Moise in Accra

Within the framework of the MoU with the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) based in Accra, and upon the initiative of the ACSRT Director, H.E. Larry Gbevlo-Lartey, Mr. Moise LECKIBY, ACSRT Documentalist, has been deployed for 5 working days from 20 to 24 March 2017 to understudy the library system of KAIPTC with the aim of adopting and improving the library system of ACSRT.

After a constructive exchange of views and experiences considering the very important role that the two libraries are supposed to play in the scholarly life of the researchers, the two parts have agreed that they are going to continuously pool their efforts in order to better satisfy the needs of their respective patrons. In addition, both ACSRT and KAIPTC libraries have been described as the “Jewel” of their Centre because of the fact that the two institutions require information to achieve their visions and missions and the two libraries play an essential role to access that information.
